Lucas Disher, Field Inspector

Lucas recently joined MCG of Maine in early 2026. Originally from Indiana, he has lived and worked across the country, from Arizona to the Oregon coast and through North Carolina, before settling in Bucksport, Maine. Along the way, he’s built a diverse background in hospitality and guest services, project estimating, banking, and most recently public assistance casework. A recent graduate with a Bachelor of Science, he enjoys working with data, property records, and GIS, and understands the importance of accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and meeting deadlines. He is a natural people person who genuinely enjoys getting to know the communities and neighbors he is serving. When he is not in the field, he and his wife enjoy gardening, hiking, and spending time on the beach.
